Needless to say, being married with a Thai guy - this has really opened culinary bounderies for me.
We try to find a good balance of these completely different cooking styles and a combination of both is absolutely possible. But there are many 'classic' dishes (Thai as well as European) which we often cook and serve. I'm glad the children love most of them and are very open to new experiments as long as we don't forget to serve Pasta at least twice a week. Maybe you will enjoy sharing some recipes with us?
